Refund policy

Please note we do not offer refunds under any circumstances however we do realize that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you were looking for. In these cases we offer store credit for orders that are in their original condition. In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it unaltered, unwashed. brushed, combed, uncolored and with its banding intact. We do not offer exchanges on clip ins, ponytails or lace wigs and closures. Exchanges that have been altered will not be honored and shipment will not be returned.

 

If you received your order and want to make a change please email us at minkmiamillc@gmail.com. Please complete exchange requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any exchange request not received within the specific time frame will not be honored. 

When shipping back your item please include your order number, first name, last name,phone number, your exchange request and original receipt. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. Your exchange can be sent to:
