All of our hair products undergo strict inspections and quality control processes to ensure that we sell you 100% unprocessed virgin human hair without unpleasant chemicals. If you would like a custom color, that hair will be processed for desired color, but all hair comes in a natural brown color unless specified otherwise.

A: Yes, just as you could your own hair but take the same precautions you would with your own hair. For best results if you're not a professional we suggest consulting a professional colorist or stylist for tips or to color the hait for you.

Q: How Log Does the hair Last?

A: This hair can last for years if taken care of properly.

 

Q: Whats should I use to wash this hair:

A: We suggest sulfur free shampoos and deep conditioning treatments.

 

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Orders made before 12pm will typically be shipped the same day for 1-3 days delivery in the continental USA. If you've ordered a product that requires more time, it would take 5-7 business days. We notify you of shipping times as soon as you make your order.
